Fancy Carrington had a marvelous Hollywood Movie Star 5th Birthday Party. The idea came from Fancy Nancy and The Late, Late Night. One of several FN books that Carrington loves to read.
Carrington's party guest came over to our house for an enchanted evening of dress-up, games, dinner and cake, and a movie on the big screen!

The dress up area was full of tutus, boas, glittery sunglasses, jewelry, and every little girls favorite...lip gloss!

After dress up the aspiring artists spent time making their fanciest masterpiece.

Frilly Toothpicks were used to pick up the finger foods, delectable cupcakes with sprinkles because sprinkles just make everything fancier, and pink lemonade with pink straws for sipping.
The movie stars played a couple of their favorite games...

A birthday party is never complete without cake and cupcakes!
The night ended with a showing of Little Mermaid on the big screen. They all look so cozy but don't let them fool you. The movie kept their attention for 15 minutes and then they were running around like out of control movie stars on a sugar high!
